We propose two types of publications:

“10th Conference on Cartography and GIS”
Publisher: Bulgarian Cartographic Association, ISSN: 1314-0604
on the base of ABSTRACT review
The Proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Web of Science and add to database of ResearchGate.
Authors must submit an abstract (200 – 300 words) that briefly summarize the full paper.
Papers intended for the Conference proceedings might be technical papers, company and institution developments, cases studies, practical solutions or research in progress.
Deadline for abstract submission: 15 January 2026
Abstracts will be reviewed by one or two members of the Scientific Committee.
The abstracts will be reviewed for their clarity, usability and contribution to research and development.
Deadline for reviewing: 1 March 2026
Authors of accepted abstracts have the option to expand their abstract into a full paper for publication in the eISSN Proceedings.
Deadline for full papers submission: 15 April 2026

A Topical Collection
of the Journal of the Bulgarian Geographical Society (JBGS), titled “Modern Challenges in Cartography and GIS”
on the base of FULL PAPER review
JBGS is an international diamond open access peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to all fields of geography and interrelated fields of earth, ecological, social, economic and geoinformation sciences.
Indexed in Scopus and other citation databases , ISSN 2738-8115 (online) | ISSN 2738-8107 (print)
Papers intended for the Topical Collection may focus on Geographic Technics, Interdisciplinary Studies, Qualitative Methods, Spatial Analysis and Modeling, and must meet the following requirements.

Each registered author can submit and present up to two papers in total.
