10th International Conference on Cartography and GIS
Every registered author can submit and present up to two papers.
You can register and attend the conference without submitting and presenting a paper.
There are no differences in registration fees.
You can submit only an abstract without submitting a full paper. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. You can present your accepted abstract as a presentation during the conference but it will not be published in the Proceedings.
In case you have paid the registration fee but you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to someone else who will be attending the conference. You should contact the organizers to inform them in a timely manner.
If you cancel your conference registration five days after payment (by 1.04.2026) – full refund, minus any applicable bank transfer fees.
From five days after payment until 30.04.2026 – 70% refund of the total amount of the registration fee, minus any applicable bank transfer fee.
From 30.04.2026 to 19.05.2026 – 30% refund of the total amount of the registration fee, minus any applicable bank transfer fees. bank transfer fee.
From 20.05.2026 – no refund.
The Gala dinner is not included in the registration fee. All participants can pay for the Gala dinner on site.
All participants must pay by bank transfer. The deadline for the early registration fee is 1.04.2026.
All authors of accepted papers must register by 1.04.2026.

All participants must take care of their accommodation.
Nessebar provides a variety of accommodation choices. The conference venue is surrounded by a lot of All-inclusive hotels, family hotels, guest houses and Airbnb within walking distance.

The hotel is an all-inclusive seaside family resort that offers a variety of services and facilities for entertainment. The hotel has 248 rooms. The hotel has a Main Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Night Club, Pool Bar.

The reservation must be guaranteed by an advance payment of 50% of the total amount for accommodation and the requested additional services. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 working days prior to the check-in date. For reservation requests made less than 21 days before the check-in date, a 100% advance payment is required.
Festa Hotels reserves the right to offer the requested rooms for sale for the specified event period if the advance payment is not received on time.
Changes and cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 21 days before the guests’ arrival. For cancellations made after this deadline, a penalty equal to the cost of one night will be charged.
In case of no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the booked nights and additional services will be charged.
There are no organized airport transfers. All participants must arrange their own transportation to the conference venue.
The main Airports in Bulgaria and the distance to Nessebar are:
Burgas Airport – 28 km, Varna Airport – 106 km, Sofia Airport – 416 km, Plovdiv Airport – 290 km.
You can take a bus from Burgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv. All buses stop close to the conference venue.
The conference venue is situated in the center of the new town of Nessebar, at the “Zhulieta Shishmanova” square.
From 1 January 2025, Schengen visa holders will be able to include Bulgaria and Romania in their travel itinerary within Europe.

To apply for a VISA you will need to submit an Invitation Letter to the Embassy. You can receive Invitation Letter from the Conference Organizers that will confirm that you are a participant in the conference.
To obtain an Invitation Letter, you must complete all required details in the registration form. Please make sure your full name, passport number, passport date of issue, passport expiry date, and country of nationality are entered correctly and exactly as they appear on your passport.
You can receive an Invitation Letter once you have successfully completed your registration and have paid your registration fee.
Keep in mind that you should apply for a VISA no later than 1 month prior to the conference, as it takes time for VISA issuing. You may also be invited to an interview.
